What you bring to the table
- You have a very strong background with 2-5 years experience, e.g., in management consulting, preferably with experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG (MBB), IB, a fast growing start-up / scale-up or another fast-paced, highly demanding environment
- You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
- You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
- Fluency in German and English
Beneficial skills- Experience in B2B SaaS startups / enterprise software
- Experience in Product Management
- Energy knowledge
What you will not be doing:- Being the personal assistant to the MDs
- Coordinating calendars or travel plans
- Managing a large team
- Being “the dump” for unpopular tasks of other people in the organisation
